Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
5. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our mistake, return shipping costs will be covered by Dead Grind Market
If approved for other valid reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
6. International Orders
For international customers:
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
Dead Grind Market is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
